Antifreeze in my oil

I have a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am Se. My car has not been overheated but yet I got antifreeze in my oil what is the problem

Warped head, head gasket, or cracked block, If you run it this way you'll also need to change all bearings. Do a compression leak down test.
