My car has been having problems starting, it will sound like it is trying but it will not turn over. After waiting for a little while 5-10 min it normally starts but resently it is taking 45min and there is a strange burning smell and now a strange clicking sound in the fuse box under the hood.

Check both the starter relay and the fuel pump relay.
