2005 Pontiac Grand Am calipers sticking on one side

i had the calipers replaced on the front end of my car after 4 brake replacments. the driver side brake was constantly wearing down. i was told i had a stuck caliper. i have had to replace my brakes 2 times since the replacement for the same problem. what next. brake booster problem or master cylinder? how do i tell?

Could be the brake hose collasped inside acting as a one way check valve or the master cylinder the fluid is not returning back to the bore-
