2004 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

the windsheild wipers motor works but the wiper on my side does not work i took at look at it and the arm is off i was wondering is it a screw that came off or what

A nut holds it to the wiper assy. There is a plastic cover over the nut, remove and tighten the nut.
