we went out and tryed to start it , wouldnt turn over so i changed the starter on it but it still dont start batt. is good fuses look good. but when i hold the key in the start position it service engine soon light comes on then when i let it fall back to the on position all the lights above gauges come on and all the gauges flip over then fall back could this be the ecu? or what?
