2004 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 44000 miles

My Heater/A/C fan vibrates whenever it is turned up to settings 3, 4 and 5. What could be the cause, and how do I repair?

The "squirrel cage" could be loose on the shaft or have some debris on it.

You will have to remove it and check it.
