my 04 Pontiac grand am has been giving me problems. when i start it after prolonged shutdowns, my engine will make a weird rumbling noise, and the "service engine soon" light appears. after about 60 seconds of idling the noise will go away and the light will turn off. It only returns if the engine is turned off for prolonged periods again(greater than 72 hours). what could be causing the noise?
