2003 Pontiac Grand Am Automatic

My windshield wipers have stopped working. First the driver's side and now the passenger's. The blades won't move, but I can still hear the little noise of the wipers going so I would guess that the motor is still working but I'm unsure.

The wipers are bolted to the wiper transmission assy. Remove the cover and make sure the bolts are tight.
