My car bounces at a low speed the smoothes out untill I reach 65-70. Then it bounces again. It feels like its coming from the right rear wheel. I had the tires balanced and inspected thinking that was the problem, but it wasn't. It doesn't shake when the brakes are applied. You push down on the car to test the struts and the car doesnt continue to bounce. What could be the problem? Thanks

If equipped with rear brake drums, the drum could be out of balance and would need to be turned. This would be more pronounced when applying the brakes.

If the struts and all other suspension components are good, it may be a bad tire.
