What is the torque specification for the axle nut on a 2003 Grand Am GT?

IF the nut is black (1st design, it should be tightened to 284 ft lbs.

If it is the second design (gray) then it should be 173 ft. lbs. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
