2003 Pontiac Grand Am turn signal sound

I have a 2003 grand am that when your are driving the turn signal sound will come on and off and thats not when you have the signal on to turn it just comes on by itself. Any ideas, I'm thinking electrical but not sure, maybe even a loose wire. Your thoughts

Could be caused by a faulty flasher relay
