I NEED TO KNOW IF A CATALYTIC CONVERTER IS CLOGGED HOW DO U KNOW. WHOULD IT ONE LOSE SPEED AND CAUSE THE CARE TO IDLE AT A VERY HIGH IDLE?

I NEED TO KNOW IF A CATALYTIC CONVERTER IS CLOGGED HOW DO U KNOW. WHOULD IT ONE LOSE SPEED Get it backpressure tested or remove it and observe differences in performances-when its clogged the engine loses it ability breath.
