2003 Pontiac Grand Am Fan

Hi i have a 2003 Grand Am GT and i just noticed today that once i turned my fan over the 1 it started to make a weird noice and when i put it all the way to 5 the sound goes louder and louder and my front dash starts to vibrate! please tell me it's not the fan moter going! thanks for your help!

The fan or blower assembly is bad and will most likely need to be replaced. Sorry
