2003 Pontiac Grand Am Front Wheel Drive Manual 53000 miles

Hi All-
I am hoping for some advice
The regular blinker noise appears to come out or be heard well from the vent area. The blinker noise is fine and regular but it also regularly continues at a faster pace after the blinker is off. Occassionally it also will "click" a few times when braking or hitting a bump.

Remove flasher and see if noise goes away, if so, replace flasher can.
