Computer problem
2003 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The crank relay dosen't close. When I remove the relay cover and close it manually the engine cranks, gives a pot and keeps cranking till I let the relay open. I've checked the continuity on the relay coil and its ok. I also checked the continuity of the key switch in all positions and it's ok. What else could it be?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Have it scanned for codes with a Tech2 scanner. It sounds like you have a passlock sensor problem.
