When my car is running, the blinker sound goes on and off rapidly. Normally it only does this from time to time, but recently it has been doing it constantly, just constant rapid blinker sound when no blinker is on. When I turn my blinker on it works like it normally should, both sound and lights, but then goes right back to making annoying blinker sound. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix this annoying problem?
