The fans will not come on. The car runs out while sittin in traffic. We changed the relays. If you wire the fans directly to the battery they come on so we know the fans work. Why wont they come on to cool the car?

Could be fuse or fan switch, which signals relay to energize.

Possible here could be the coolant temperature sensor, wiring problem and the computer
