When I turn the wheel left and right while driving there is a ticking sound. It is not continuesly only a short tick. Any help would be great.

Check CV axle boots (inner and outer) for rips/tears and leaking lubricant. A "ticking/clicking" when turning is almost always a CV axle problem.
