Engine problem

I have had this car for 3 days and its sluggish going at 40 mph it doesnt want to go past it but it does eventually before i take it to them i want to know if this is fixable and not going to cost me and arm and leg, yesterday i got in it started it the check engine light traction off light and abs light came on i went to the store come back turned the car off and turned it back on and it didnt come on this car is driving me crazy and ive only had it 3 days can you please tell me maybe whats wrong
