there is a noise coming from my front driver side tire so we took the hubcaps off and my rim and lugnuts were very hot only on that tire the rest of the rims were cool the noise only was sometimes and now it is all the time my breaks work fine besides the noise any ideas what it might be

Move tire and wheel to rear and see if noise follows, if so it is tire, if not then bearing, caliper, rotor, pads etc.
