2002 Pontiac Grand Am brakes

when i push on my brake pedal it is really hard to push. I have put new brake pads on my car and a new power booster neither have solved or helped the issue. my brake fluid is full, and the anti lock brakes still work. The pedal just wears you out to push it.

Did you install a new check valve? And check vacuum at the booster vacuum line?
