A pump isn't too bad, you can buy one for around $45 give or take 10, and can be done in an hour (if the 2002 is similar to the '98 I'm familiar with). The rack is a whole different story. That's going to be quite a bit more, about $180 for a remanufactured, and a lot more work to replace.
