I have White Smoke coming from my exhaust. The smoke is only coming out While I am Revving the engine. Other problems that occur with this issue are that the RPM's will reach between 2.5 and 3.5 before shifting gears, I have to release the gas in order for the vehicle to change gears. My inquisition is to where the problem could be? Is it a Transmission issue, or is it more to do with oil/header?

The white smoke coming out of your exhaust is due to a blown engine intake manifold gasket or head gasket (which means coolant is leaking into the engine combustion chambers and being burned off). The transmission shifting problem might be due to engine loss of power due to coolant leak.
