Hi i am tryin to put in a alpine radio for my car so i took my old monsoon radio out and for my alpine radio i got a new plug for it so i tied all the wires together and everything so now it doesnt work and my dash lights dont work and my blinkers dont work and my tail lights dont work do you no what the problem could be?

Did you cut and splice any wires or just plug in stereo with new adapter plug?
