i HAVE REPLACED THE BLOWER MOTOR PUT A NEW FUSE IN THE RELAY BOX UNDER THE HOOD AND MY BLOWER DOES NOT WORK ON THE LOW OR PRECEEDING LEVELS. IT ONLY WORKS ON HIGH. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

I'd check the blower resistor assembly and circuits.
