2000 Pontiac Grand Am water going somewhere

my low coolant light comes on so i top the resivor off and go in in about 5 min. ill chech the levils again after the car has been running and there is no watter in it and the light comes back on. i had the oil changed and anti frreze was put in it and filled up . 5 min. latter the light was on and the resivor was empty. he said there was no water in the oil. the car normall runs at about 200 deg. bt now its up to 250 deg. what do i do or what do you think the prob is?

check the resivor for cracks to make sure the coolant is leaking out of there
