THROTTLE STICKS IDLES HIGH.I REPLACED THE THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR BUT IT STILL STICKS. DO YOU THINK THAT IT CAN BE THE CABLES.

Can be, or a worn shaft on the throttle plate, remove the cable, operate it by hand, does it return normally? Idle OK? Then replace cable.
