Whenever I turn the wheel side to side there is a distinct grinding sound the entire time my wheel is not centered. Even when the wheels are at their full turn the grind continues. It is most noteable when I am stopped and turn the wheel side to side. I have already checked power steering fluid and it is full. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check outer CV boots for rips/tears/leaks. If leaking the CV shaft will have to be replaced.
