My rear tire recently started locking up. It comes unlocked when you go in reverse, but if you try and go forward it just drags it. We have heard it may just be a bolt that needs loosened on the back of the drum, but want to know for sure before we start hammering at it. Please let me know! Thanks! -Megan

On inside of rear drum is a rubber grommet. Remove it and use screwdriver to rotate adjuster to loosen drum shoe.

Then remove drum, get a hardware kit from autoparts store, replace hardware.

Check condition of drum and shoes, and make sure parking brake is releasing and not binding.
