My car is vibrating in the front before it would do it just on passenger side once I got up to 55mph. I already changed half shaft on passenger side. I rotated tires yesterday and now both sides are vibrating. What do I need to do to correct the problem?

The tires are new tires on the car and the ones I had on the front yesterday were older tires and when I drove it with the older tires on the front the car just vibrated on the passenger side. Now that I have the newer tires on the front it does the vibration on both sides but not near as bad as before. Before with the older tires the car was feeling like you were going over speed bumps at 65mph.
