WHERE in this car is the flasher thing to change... my blinkers work sometimes and sometimes the just make this horrible noise. if I turn the blinker on and off the blinker will blink out side...all I need to know is where the flasher is because I think it is going bad.. thank you so much

it is part of the Hazard switch. You have to replace the entire switch
