My car is leaking antifreeze. I have replaced the gasket where it was leaking. That lasted about 2 months and now it is leaking worse! Can some one give me some possibilities as to where to start looking for the leak? I am a single mom and can not just take it to the shop to find the problem.

Thanks

Hello

Is there any visible signs of a leak such as coolant spots under vehicle after sitting or wet spots on engine near radiator hoses? If not, coolant may be leaking into the combustion chamber and being burnt. This is usually due to worn piston rings or cracked head gasket.

How is the vehicle performing? Running good, idling good? Any smoke from exhaust?

Thanks for using 2CarPros. Com!
