1999 Pontiac Grand Am wont stay running til warm

When I start my car it dies unless I throttle it. It seems to have good fuel pressure. Cant find any vac. Leaks. If I drive approx 10 miles it runs fine.

Check fuel pressure with mechanical gauge and also remove and clean the IAC (idle air control valve).

ALso check fuel pressure regulator vacuum line for the presence of gas.
