My sister lost the key or chip that was part of the factory installed anti theft system. It would not allow the engine to start with the key/chip removed. My question, how do I remove this dealer installed starter lockout system?

Need to know the resistance of the old chip I think there is 10 or so possibilities check with the dealer with the VIN # and a proof of ownership if they can help
if have a second key things will be much easier to bypass the system
you tube is full of video showing how to bypass the system
