Speedometer not working properly. Actual maybe 30 mph and speedometer showing 120 mph.

need to perform the speedo gauge sweep test using a scan tool. connect scan tool to DLC and turn ignition on. select instrument panel cluster (IPC) special functions IPC gauges on scan tool. . perform speedo gauge sweep. should make speedo to go from 0 MPH to max speed and then back to 0 MPH smoothly. let me know how it goes..
