1. How do you relieve fuel pressure (fuel injection)? 2. How do you get the fuel filter to release from the "quick disconect"? Is there a special tool required?

Leave the car turned off, open the hood, on the fuel rail you will see a schraeder valve (looks like a bycycle stem) Put a rag around it, then press the stemm, the tool you need comes in a kit, autozone sell the kit pretty cheap.
