1999 Pontiac Grand Am Passenger Door Won't Open

1999 Pontiac Grand Am

Hi. My passenger door only opens from the inside, but not the outside. It locks and unlocks just fine but I cannot open it using the outside handle. What can I do? Thanks!

You will have to remove the interior door panel and check the outer door opening mechanisim.
