When i drive my car it seems like it shifts into overdrive to fast. And when i stop at a stop light it wont shift out of overdrive. So i have been shifting into neutral when i stop then back into drive then it works fine.

Most likely the TCC solenoid is stuck and would have to be replaced. TCC is Tourque Convertor Clutch solenoid, and you don't have to remove trans to replace.
