A couple of years ago my sister got in an accident with my car and deployed the air bags. The stat that I lived in at that time didn't require me to fix it but I have since moved and I need to pass safety and emissions to get my car registered. Is there a way that i can fix my horn so that I can pass safety with out replacing the air bag as well?
