1999 Pontiac Grand Am My fans aren't coming on and the car

Once the car is driven about a 1/2 mile the tempature rises, and the cooling fans aren't coming on. you can smell the antifreeze and there is some fluid leaking but from where????

Turn AC on, fans should come on, if not, then fan motor, fuse, fan switch or relay.
