1999 Pontiac Grand Am loud humming sound

I have a 99 grand am gt...new tires,new passenger side wheel bearing ( for speed sensor failure). now there is an loud like humming noise coming from the passenger side that was there before we changed the wheel bearing. the faster you go the louder the sound...Please Help!!!!!! I thought maybe the cv shaft...but I have no shaking just sounds like I have a bad tire.

When humming is going on slightly move steering wheel to left then to right any change. Let me know

I done that and to no avail....same noise...doesnt make a difference whether you turn left or right...still makes the same sound...I thought it was coming from the pass. side...wrong side..it is from the drivers side...could be the wheel bearing right? I jacked it up and the wheel doensnt move at all.

Place car on jackstands run in gear if noise is there not bearing. While up running can you pin point area of noise?
