1999 Pontiac Grand Am Car rides rough

My car seems to be riding rough. I've had it in the shop and they said the shocks are good. But when I get on the highway at about 60mph I feel every darn bump in the road. Tires are good and inflated proper.

bounce the front and rear of the car. the struts and shock should rebound at least 2 times. you should be able to push it down easy. if it seems overly hard have a second opinion done
