1999 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive

The car is being stored and hasn't been started in two months, should the fluids be changed before starting it?

The biggest problem you will have is gasoline. Whenever you store a car for more than a month, you should add a fuel stabilizer to fuel.

I would change fuel filter, add a fuel stabilizer to gas, and start car, let it get to operating temp, then change oil and filter.
