I have the 98 Grand Am GT with 2.4twin cam in it. When I first start up and get going it is acting like it's not getting any fuel. Sometimes if you hit the clutch and rev it enough it will move some fuel through the motor and won't stall and you will be able to move. It is not the fuel or air filter and I don't believe it is the pump. Possibly a fuel injector? any ideas?

Have you checked the fuel pressure? Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked to make sure the catalytic converter isn't plugged?

Let me know.
