Could be the fuel pump or wiring-check the fuel pressure-the fuel pump might be coming On but is it the corrrect pressure. Does it get its 2secs power from the fuel pump relay to prime the fuel system.

Also when it fires up-does the fuel pump/oil sending unit continue to power the fuel pump.
