Do NOT remove that nut in the middle! Undo the bolt at the knuckle tap downward until the strut comes free from the knuckle, then remove the three small nuts on top, the strut assemblly now can be removed, use a spring compressor to compress the coil spring, use an air gun to remove that canter nut, AFTER the tension is off using the spring compressor! Make sure you know how the old sturut and spring align, Align the new strut and old spring and tighten down the cap, relieve tension on the coil spring. Reinstall the strut! DO NOT put your face anywhere near the front of a compressed spring, if the tool fails, you will be SERIUOSLY injured!
