Noises problem
1998 Pontiac Grand Am Automatic 125000 miles

My car has 120000 miles on it. I have been waiting for money to come in and will soon get some soon but am unsure what is the problem. For a while, there has been a squealing noise when turning and braking. I changed the serpentine belt which made the car run smoother but eventually the squeaking noise came back. Two days ago, instead of squeaking it turn to clicking. I put in more power steering fluid but I am unsure if problem is brakes or something in the power steering problem
