My water pump is spraying coolant. If you turn on the car and lift the hood, coolant sprays forward and backward. We replaced the water pump about 3 years ago for the same problem. What's causing this?

The coolant is getting onto the pulley and it slings it all over. This car should have had it's second coolant flush by now. Rust and scale can circulate in the system and cuts away at the pump seal is on possibilty. Some time parts go bad, a reman water pump would be very susceptible as would many of the cheap ones on the market. Most new ones do offer a lifetime warranty.
