I hear that noise when I shift from park to reverse and or drive. Just started noticing it this winter season, and I added a pint of transmission fluid recently with no visible leaks. Did a fluid service change 50000 mi. ago. What could be my problem

Its a .5 second long squeak, grind noise and sounds almost harmless, but still worries me.
