1997 Pontiac Grand Am Locked up Ignition

My ignition cylinder is locked up, I tried wiggling the steering wheel. Made sure it was in park. Nothing, I have no clue how to replace it though. Can someone help me out?

Check your ignition fuse located under the hood in the fuse ou may want to pot a jumper wirein its place to remove the key. DO NOT leave the jumper wire in place of the fuse.
